Rayna Tyson is the offspring of famed boxer Mike Tyson and pediatrician Monica Turner. Mike’s profession as a professional boxer earned her father much success, while Monica worked as a pediatrician before starting her boxing career.
It can be said that Rayna’s popularity stems from her dad who set many records during his career as a boxer. Rayna’s parents met for the first time at an event in New Jersey in 1990. Immediately, they clicked and began dating each other.
The Couple’s love was unmasked, and nothing was kept from the media. Unfortunately, their journey wasn’t as smooth sailing as some may have expected: A pageant contestant accused Mike of molestation.
Mike was found guilty and sentenced to prison for six years, which would have put an end to their love story had Mike not been innocent. Monica believed that all accusations against Mike were false and believed it all to be part of a larger plot against them.
