Freya Allan Early life and education
Freya Allan was born in Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, on September 6, 2001, and attended Headington School. Allan continued her artistic education at the National Film and Television School in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire.
She acted in two short films, Bluebird and The Christmas Tree, as part of her acting training. Allan continued her education at Arts University Bournemouth, where she played Linda in the short film Captain Fierce.

Allan has a minor role in the first episode of the 2019 BBC drama The War of the Worlds. She was on the front cover of Schön! magazine the same year, which was celebrating its tenth anniversary.
Ciri is played by Allan, Henry Cavill, and Anya Chalotra in the Netflix original series The Witcher. Lauren Schmidt Hissrich adapted The Witcher book series by Polish writer Andrzej Sapkowski into a fantasy drama.
In the first episode, Allan was initially cast as a minor character but was eventually recast as Ciri, a significant character.
