He was born on May 6, 1904, in San Francisco, California. Raymond was an American Actor on the Broadway Stage, Movies, and Television. He is well known for his character as Wealthy Banker, Milburn Drysdale, in the Television Series called The Beverly Hillbillies.

Raymond is the son of William and Alice (née O’Brien) Bailey; when he went to Hollywood to become a movie star when he was a Teenager. Moreover, he found it was more complicated. Then, I had thought and taken different short-term jobs.
