Tori Spelling Takes Rare Photos with Mom Candy at 'Mean Girls’ Broadway Show

Tori Spelling described the outing as a “mommy, daughters, and grandma date” and said she had the best time. On Jan. 29, Tori Spelling (49) and Candy (77), had a special night with their mom Candy. The actress and her lookalike mother, Candy, posed with her daughters outside and inside Los Angeles’ Pantages Theatre.

They saw the Mean Girls Broadway production. She shared the photos on Instagram. They were all happy and smiling with their stylish outfits.

Tori captioned the photo with “We had a mommy, daughters, and grandma date last evening.” We had the best time watching @meangirlsbway’s closing LA night and being entertained. It was amazing. It’s funny and nostalgic. From start to finish, it’s a smilefest! #burnbook #meangirlsbroadway.”

Tori wore a long, red-and-white patterned dress with ruffles at the bottom. Tan boots were also worn. Candy wore a gray sweater, with black and white patterns, black pants and gray boots. Stella wore a gray sleeveless dress with black platform heels. Hattie wore cream sweater with black skirt and pink sneakers.

Candy and Tori’s most recent rare outing is a few months ago after a source revealed that they were working to “healing” their relationship following many years of ups and downs.

The source shared exclusive details with Hollywood Life. She said they are working on “healing all of the broken ties” in their relationship. “Tori is in the most emotional place she’s been in for a long time.”

Candy and Tori, who had a dispute over their father Aaron Spelling, died in 2006. They were seen together in public in September 2022.

They were together with Tori’s husband Dean McDermott and appeared happy and relaxed. According to a second source, “It was touch-and-go for a long while.”

“The fact that they have come to terms with their differences to the point where she and her brother Randy are able to take her mom out to dinner and make it feel like old times is so precious that Tori has vowed to never take it for granted.”
