She is married to a businessman, Joseph Rhodes, who founded Stockton Road Capital LLC.
Morales and Rhodes were married on August 22, 1998, at the Phipps Mansion in Denver, Colorado. The couple has two sons: Joe and Christopher, born in 2004.
The rumors of an affair between Morales and Lauer went unanswered. During the 2006 Winter Olympics in Torino, Italy, Morales dated NBC’s Matt Lauer, who later filed for divorce.
