Melissa Rauch Bio
While attending Marlboro High School, Melissa developed an interest in acting which culminated with the theme of her Bat Mitzvah (coming-of-age Jewish ritual), “Melissa’s Comedy Club”. Melissa graduated from Marymount Manhattan College in New York City in 2002.

From 2004-2008, Rauch was a regular guest on VH1’s “Best Week Ever,” portraying Tina in the American adaptation of “Kath & Kim,” as well as Summer on HBO’s fantasy horror series “True Blood.”
Rauch voiced Harley Quinn in the 2017 animated film, “Batman and Harley Quinn.” Additionally, she co-wrote, produced, and starred in the 2015 sports comedy-drama “The Bronze.” Furthermore, Rauch had minor roles in Ode to Joy (2019), Ice Age: Collision Course (2016), Flock of Dudes (both 2016) and I Love You, Man (2009).
Melissa’s Career
Early in her career, Rauch made regular appearances on VH1’s “Best Week Ever.” In season three of The Big Bang Theory, she debuted as Bernadette Rostenkowski – Penny’s coworker at The Cheesecake Factory who started dating Howard Wolowitz.
Later in that same season, Rauch took on the role of Howard’s fiancee and earned herself a recurring character status.
At the conclusion of Season 5, Melissa and other cast members were nominated for an Award by the Screen Actors Guild Award in December 2011. This marked Melissa’s fifth consecutive nomination as part of an ensemble comedy series.
However, Rauch is best known for her roles on Big Bang Theory and has also appeared in Wright v. Wrong, The Office, the American adaptation of Kath & Kim, I Love You, Man, and True Blood over the years.
Additionally, along with Casey Wilson, June Diane Raphael, Jessica St. Clair, and Danielle Schneider she is part of “The Realest Real Housewives,” a comedy stage show on Bravo TV that airs weekly.
In “The Bronze,” which Rauch co-wrote and produced, she played bronze medalist Hope Ann Greggory who holds onto her glory days.
The 2015 Sundance Film Festival premiered the movie; Variety reported that Rauch had never directed before while Winston wrote the screenplay with her. Fortunately, Sony Pictures purchased it in September 2015.
