The store acknowledged Mark’s departure through a Tweet that read, “We will be closed Sunday, January 29th, to grieve the loss of our dear owner, Mark Mincer,” according to the reports.

Why Did Mark Mincer Die?
According to the accounts, Mark’s parents opened Mincer’s Humidor around the corner in 1948, which is when their journey really began.
The stores provide cigarettes, pipes, and cigars, and soon local tourists start to frequent them. Mark nearly took over his parents’ company in 1967 and changed its direction to enhance the sale of collegiate goods, a move that was very successful.
He has dabbled in a variety of commercial ventures over the past few decades, including an embroidery firm and a global interest in selling UVA products.
His business was well-known throughout the neighborhood due to its low costs and top-notch customer support. In essence, the materials’ quality drew clients from all across the region.
Many people are interested in learning what caused his passing, and it has now been confirmed that Mark Miner passed away from a rare kind of brain cancer for which he had been treated earlier this year.
