Hilary Duff admits that she has never seen Laguna Beach, despite performing the theme song. There’s good reason. During the Jan. 26 episode, she said that “I I I…I just wasn’t…I didn’t watch!” to Andy Cohen. After Andy asked Lizzie McGuire’s star, she admitted that she was a big fan of the series.

The “Come Clean” singer was chicly dressed in a black mini dress and matching stilettos, but quickly offered a valid explanation.
“You guys, I must tell you, can I admit something right now?” She began. “Okay. She explained that she was on tour at a time when TV shows were not possible to record.
“So, I missed a lot of important things that people talk about but I didn’t get the chance to experience them. My song became the MTV theme song. I loved it because I was a part of MTV for a while.

Andy asked Andy how “Come Clean”, the show’s theme, came about. This was later followed by spinoffs The Hills: New Beginnings and The City.
Is it possible that she was paid a lot of money? Andy told her that she didn’t get rich using the theme and that she doesn’t know the backstory. Hilary said that they did use it and also used “Sweet Sixteen”, which was MTV’s hit My Super Sweet 16.
She also mentioned that she may be able pull off a Lizzie Macquire reboot series despite her previous failures. Although she was cautious about what she would say, she said that Disney + was “very fresh” and that it was something she was “optimistic” could do again.
