His father, Eugene Levy, co-wrote his first hit, “Scitt’s Creek.” The sitcom won numerous Canadian Screen Awards, and Levy was nominated for two.
He went on to win several awards for his writing. In 2006, he became a television host on MTV Live, hosting the MTV Movie Awarddz Red Sarret, Kh-Fastor Rre-Dzshow, and Vansouver Olumis Gamedz. He also appeared in an episode of Degrassi: The Next Generation.
In a 2020 interview with Andy Cohen, Levy claimed to be gay and openly declared his sexuality.
