He is born on March 18, 1983, in Aurora, Colorado. Brendan is an American Podcast Host, former Professional Mixed Martial Artist, and Stand-Up Comedian. After retiring from Football, Schaub returns to Colorado. There he began training in Boxing and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. After six months of training in Boxing, Schaub competed in engage boxing and won Colorado’s novice-division Golden Gloves heavyweight title.
Schaub later starts training at High Altitude Martial Arts in Aurora and the Grudge Training Center in Arvada. There he met UFC’s heavyweight contender Shane Carwyn.
The two became friends and training partners. After this, he started his professional career in mixed martial arts. He was mainly competing in Colorado. He starts his profession with a 4 to 0 record; wins the heavyweight title for the Ring of Fire organization.

Podcasting
In 2013, Schaub and Bryan Callen started the Podcast titled “The Fighter and The Kid.” The shows were produced by FOX network until a contract fight in 2016. They then left the network and started building the Podcast themselves. Schaub and Callen began taking tours to perform shows mixed between live podcasts and stand-up comedy acts.
In December 2016, Schaub launched an individual podcast titled Big Brown Breakdown. The Podcast concentrates on topics related to active sports, mainly mixed martial arts.
On the year January 30 episode of Big Brown Breakdown, Schaub generated controversy when he suggested that he had selected the UFC On Fox panel of presenters on a race for the sake of diversity.
