She is known for playing Alice Cullen in the movies based on the Twilight books by Stephenie Meyer. She was born in Jacksonville, Florida, on February 21, 1987.
Ashley Greene Early Life
She is the daughter of Michele Greene, who works in security, and Joe Greene, who used to be a U.S. Marine and now runs his own strong business.
She grew up in Middleburg and Jacksonville. She went to University Christian School until the tenth grade, when she moved to Wolfson High School.
She moved to Los Angeles, California, when she was 17 to try to make a living as an actress. Joe, who is older than Greene, is his older brother.

She first wanted to be a model, but she was told that at 5 feet 5 inches (1.65 m), she wasn’t tall enough to be one and should instead focus on acting in commercials.
